With the idea of Sr. Tirso Agüero C.and of Sra. Adela Mirón de Agüero, they decided to construct a building called ADELITA, the name of their firstborn child.

Its inaugaration was sponsored by the President of the Republic, Don Manuel Ávila Camacho and his distinguished wife. In its rooms have stayed personalities of the political, intelectual, cultural, sporting and artistic world.

It has been host to innumerable social, cultural, gastronomic and political events. Its Architecture forms part of the cultural heritage of Teziutlán, and visitors will see oil paintings displayed on the walls created by the Pueblan painter Faustino Salazar García.
